Your order will be promptly dispatched, with an estimated shipping time of 1 to 5 days (including week-ends and holidays), depending on the items in your order. Please note that some of our products are crafted on-demand to ensure the highest quality, which may result in an extended shipping time.
We source and ship your orders from various international warehouses, including locations in the USA, China, and Australia. If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately, depending on stock availability and the warehouse location. For returns, you’ll need to send the items back to our designated shipping warehouse, as detailed in our return policy.

ARTICLE 2: DELIVERY TIME
Please be aware that due to the ongoing impact of COVID-19, shipping times may experience delays based on your country of delivery.
- Australia & New Zealand: Expect delivery within 1 to 2 weeks (6 to 14 working days).
- USA and Canada: Expect delivery within 2 to 3 weeks (12 to 21 working days).
- European countries: Anticipate delivery within 2 to 3 weeks (12 to 21 working days).
- Rest of the world: Allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery (14 to 28 working days).
